As soon as she's within striking distance, Miho begins cutting her way through the men, not bothering with neatness or finesse, just getting through. She barely notes whether she kills or disables the men she's after - although if asked she could give a blow by blow definition of it. She's just not conscious of the concentration.
The men know she's there, they just don't know where, and a few wild shots ring out in the dark.
