Miho turns at the sudden yell, tugging her jeans on, just in time to fail in any attempt she might have made to prevent her floor-lamp from smashing through her window. While she is staring at the wreckage of her window, the door opens, and slams, behind her, and when she turns back, Goldy is nowhere in sight.
